Calistoga Cafe is a small bakery-restaurant chain started by John Schnatter. He is the founder of Papa John's, a global pizza franchise. Calistoga Café specializes in soups, sandwiches, salads, along with coffee drinks, breads and pastries. Calistoga Café has six locations in Florida and Kentucky.
